Why we need your flight number

The form above is for airport pick-ups. The most important field in it is your flight number – the letters and digits on your boarding pass or in the airline's confirmation. It tells us your exact landing time and where you are flying in from. If you are not sure of the number, message us on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram with the airline and the city you are departing from.

Please also fill in your destination address or hotel, the number of passengers, your luggage and whether you need a booster. For a baby seat or child seat, tell our operator when they contact you to confirm. Baby seats, child seats and boosters come at no extra cost.

We track your flight in real time

Planes often land earlier or later than scheduled. That is why we track your flight in real time, and your driver sets off for the airport based on the actual landing time. There is no need to call us if your flight is delayed or rescheduled – we can see it ourselves.

Free waiting if your flight is late

If your flight is late, your driver waits with no time limit and at no extra cost. Whether the delay is half an hour or half a day makes no difference. The price stays the same – fixed, and for the whole car rather than per person. You pay the driver after the ride, with no prepayment.

Airports we serve

• Sofia Airport – fares are in the Sofia Airport price list. We drive into the city and anywhere in the country – Plovdiv, Bansko, Borovets and more.
• Plovdiv Airport – see the Plovdiv price list.
• Varna Airport and Burgas Airport – see the price lists for Varna and Burgas.
• Airports in neighbouring countries – for example Istanbul and Thessaloniki. Message us for a price.

We work 24/7, so we also meet flights that land at night or on public holidays.

Many travellers land in Sofia but are heading somewhere else. From Sofia Airport to Plovdiv it is about 150 km on the Trakia motorway, around 1 h 45 min, and to Borovets about 75 km, around 1 h 30 min. Your driver takes you straight to your door, with no bus change and no waiting at the station.
