How to fill in the form

The form above is for trips that start from an address – a home, hotel, office, station or restaurant. Use it when you are heading to the airport, too. The more precise your details, the faster we can confirm your booking.

• Pick-up address – street, number, building and entrance. For a hotel, its name and the town are enough.
• Destination – an address, hotel, resort or airport.
• Date and time – when you want the car at your door. If you are flying, leave time for check-in at the airport.
• Passengers and luggage – number of people, suitcases, skis, a bike or a pushchair.
• Child seats – tick the booster option in the form, and tell our operator if you need a baby seat or child seat. They come at no extra cost.
• Phone – a number you can be reached on, and whether you use WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.

Picked up at your door

Your driver comes to the address you gave at the agreed time. No dragging suitcases to a bus stop, no waiting for a bus. After you send the booking, our operator contacts you to confirm it. If the entrance is hard to find, tell them then – for example "next to the pharmacy" or "back entrance of the hotel". The car is clean and air-conditioned, and the price is fixed for the whole car, so traffic jams don't change it.

We work 24/7, public holidays included. You can book a car for an early flight at four in the morning, or a ride home late at night after a concert or a wedding. If you are going from Sofia to the airport, it is about 15 km, around 30 min, but allow some extra time for rush-hour traffic.

Stops along the way

Need to collect someone from another address, or make a short stop on the way? Tell our operator when they contact you to confirm, or send us the address of the stop on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. If you need several stops with waiting in between, it is easier to hire a car with a driver for a few hours or a full day.

Return trips

For the journey back, fill in the return date and time in the form. Confirm the return address with our operator when they contact you. If you are flying in on the way back, use book from an airport so we can track your flight. Fares for both directions are in our price list, for example for Sofia and Plovdiv. You pay the driver after each ride, with no prepayment.
