Which booking form to choose

There are two booking forms. Pick the one that matches where your trip starts:

• Book from an airport – when you are landing and want a driver to meet you. The form asks for your flight number so we can track it.
• Book from an address – when you set off from a home, hotel, office or station. Use it too when you are heading to the airport.

Whichever way you choose, you book directly with the carrier, not through a platform. Our operators speak Bulgarian and English, and in the chat you can write in whatever language suits you. There is no middleman between you and your driver, so any change to the time or address is handled quickly.

What to have ready

• Flight number – if we are picking you up at an airport.
• Exact address – street, number, entrance, or the name of your hotel.
• Date and time of departure.
• Number of passengers – so we send a sedan, a minivan or a minibus.
• Luggage – how many suitcases, and whether you have skis, a snowboard, a bike or a pushchair.
• Child seats – baby seat, child seat or booster, with the child's age. They come at no extra cost.
• A phone number you can be reached on during the day of travel.

Check the fare beforehand in our price list. It is fixed and covers the whole car, not each person.

Which car to ask for

A sedan takes up to 4 passengers, a minivan up to 6 and a minibus up to 8. If you have lots of suitcases, skis or a bike, go for a bigger car even if there are fewer of you. For a group of more than 8, message us and we will offer a bus or several cars. For a more upmarket car for business or a special occasion, see our VIP transfers.

What happens after you send it

1. Our operator checks the details and messages or calls you if anything is missing.
2. You receive a confirmation with the time, pick-up point and car.
3. At the agreed time your driver is at the address or the airport.
4. You pay the driver after the ride. We never ask for prepayment.
