From Sofia Airport to Plovdiv, step by step
1. Before you fly
Book online or call us. Tell us your flight number, the number of passengers, how many suitcases you have and the address in Plovdiv. If you travel with small children, tell us their age: the child seat is free, we only need to know in advance. You get a confirmation with the price, and before the trip you get the driver's phone number.
2. When you land
Sofia Airport has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Your driver meets you in the Arrivals hall of the terminal where your flight lands. Collect your luggage, walk out through customs, and the driver is there. If you cannot see him straight away, call the number from your confirmation.
3. If your flight is late
We follow your flight, so the driver knows when you actually land, not only when you were supposed to land. If the flight is delayed, the driver waits for you and you do not pay for the waiting. You do not need to call us from the gate.
4. On the road
From the airport the car takes the Sofia ring road and joins the Trakia motorway. The motorway runs past Vakarel, Ihtiman and Pazardzhik, and the drive is about 150 km, almost all of it on the motorway. After about 1 h 45 min you are in Plovdiv. The driver takes you straight to your hotel, apartment or home address, in the centre, in the Old Town area or in any district of the city.
